Reaching There

It's nearly the end of the week and I'm now at the stage of looking for things to do in the following week. Managed to start Monday morning with an interview for one opthalomologist for Alcon and will have to try and tie down an interview that's been taking ages to arrange. I'll also be ending the week with two interviews I managed to arrange - one being for GECF with the Straits Times and the other being with an interior designer who will plug some of 3Ms products.

On the financial front things have looked better. Should be recieving another chunk on money tomorrow. Won't make me rich but its helped defray expenses and help out a few friends who had helped me when I was down and out on my luck. My main objective is to keep going until the money from the bigger projects start to pay off. Right now, savings have been depeleated and my ambitions to end the year with a surplus have not been looking too good, so I do need to get things right with the remaining few months of this year.

Anyway, Ramadan is proving to be much better for me than the Chinese Seventh Month. Not going to convert, there remains a mental block about getting circumcised - even if my Muslim and Jewish friends tell me that there are benefits . I'm just enjoying the fact that the seemingly cursed seventh month is passing me by - a case of somehow managing to get paid enough to survive on a weekly basis.

To top it all off, my recent bout of high jink could be due to the fact that my Paid-to-Click websites look like they may be finally putting some cash into my PayPal account. I don't know, I was attracted to the idea of being able to get some money from clicking my emails. Then I realised the pay out was minimal but then aain like most boring and mundane things, clicking emails became rather addictive. So here I am clicking and hopefully getting a few USD, Euro and Pounds into my account. Won't make me rich but it will help in some peculiar way defray my expenses in the near future - would help if some readers of this blog were willing to join my clicking ....;) I might actually earn a few more pennies at a better rate.

That's about all the babble that I can produce at the moment. Off to get myself a rather good dinner.
